ในบทความนี้ผมจะกล่าวถึงงานบาร์ ( Bar ) ในตอกข้าวสารที่ผมเคยผ่านมา โชคชะตามักจะสร้างสะพานไปหาความสัมพันธ์เสมอ ก็เหมือนกับตัวผมที่ครั้งนึงเคยทำงานในที่ที่มีแต่คนอยากจะเข้ามาทำอยากเข้ามาสมัคร แต่น้อยคนที่จะประสบผลสำเร็จในการที่จะถูกเรียกตัวมาทำงานหรือได้บรรจุเลยในเวลานั้น มันฟังดูเหมือนยากแต่เป็นไปได้ครับเพราะมันเกิดขึ้นแล้วกับตัวผมเอง ผมทำงานที่ silk bar นานเหมือนกันกินเวลาเกือบปี พนักงานที่นี้บางคนเข้ามาทำงานโดยใช้เส้นสาย บ้างก็เข้ามาในตำแหน่งที่ไม่ต้องสัมภาษณ์ไม่ต้องทดสอบหรือแม้แต่จะกรอกประวัติทำงานหรือใบสมัครเหมือนหนึ่งว่าจะมาเป็นสายให้เจ้าของร้าน แต่น้อยที่จะเข้ามาแบบเดียวกันกับผมที่นี้สอนอะไรให้กับผมหลายๆอย่างจริงจริง มันเป็นเสหมือนที่ทำงานและอีกหลายๆอย่างอันที่คุณจะไฝ่รู้ได้เช่น

สิ่งเห่ลานี้เป็นสวัสดิการที่คุณจะได้ในร้าน Silk Bar และอีกหลายร้านในย่านข้าวสาร ประมาณว่าถ้าคุณสามารถเข้าทำงานได้จริงๆมีแน่นอน แต่สิ่งคุณอาจจะได้รับโดยที่คุณไม่รู้ตัวก็มี ซึ่งในส่วนของผมมีเยอะมาก

ความไว (ความคล่องตัวกับงานที่ทำ )
ความกล้า ( กล้าคิดกล้าตัดสินใจ แล้วก็ลุยเลย )
ความรู้ ( รู้เกี่ยวกับวิชาชีพของตัวเอง มากขึ้นๆ )
ภาษา (ต้องกล้าพูดเล่นกับลูกค้าและสนทนาบ่อยๆ เดี๋ยวเป็นเอง )
คุณจะมีเพื่อนเยอะขึ้นทั้งไทยและเทศ ( ชาวต่างชาติ )
