ความเดิมตอนที่แล้วคือผมได้เจอกับเจ้านายที่ดีมากและคนที่จะพาผมไปรู้จักกับ Cocktail

    ความขยันและอดทนจะทำให้เกิดสิ่งดีๆตามมาหลายอย่าง เกือบห้าเดือนกับงานที่ร้านแฮงการ์มันเป็นการทำงานที่หลากรส ที่นั้นผมเริ่มงานด้วยตำแหน่งเด็กเดินอาหารผมไม่อยากบอกว่าที่นั้นผมขยันมากจนได้รับคำชมจากเจ้านายแล้วผมก็กลายเป็นที่รักของเพื่อนร่วมงานทุกคน ที่ร้านนี้การทำงานและบริการก็เหมือนกันกับร้านอาหารอื่นๆและสถานบันเทิงทั่วไปที่มี ออฟฟิส ครัว วงดนตรีและบาร์ ที่สำคัญคือผมไม่รู้อะไรเกี่ยวกับหน้าที่เห่ลานั้น ผมมีหน้าที่เดินอาหารจากครัวเสริฟตามโต๊ะลูกค้าผมก็ทำอยู่แค่นั้น ไม่ใช่แล้วครับมันยังเหนื่อยไม่พอและมันยังไม่สุดขีดในศักยภาพของการทำงานที่ผมคิดไว้ ผมเริ่มช้วยงานเกือบทุกตำแหน่งในร้านเวลาผ่านไปเกือบสองเดือนที่ทำอยู่อย่างนั้น
    พอเข้าเดือนที่สามผมยังจำได้คืนนั้นฝนตกแล้วไม่ค่อยมีลูกค้าพอถึงช่วงร้านปิดก็มีบาร์หน้าตาดีคนนึงเข้าชื่อ ภูเบสต์ หรือเพื่อนๆเรียกเขาว่าพี่เบสบอกให้ผมขนลังน้ำเข้าช้วยที่บาร์แต่มันก็แยอะมากเอาการก็เลยช้วยพี่เขาจนเสร็จ ผมช้วยพีเขาเกือบทุกคืนจนมาถึงวันนั้นวันที่พี่เขาคงอยากให้ของขวัญอะไรกับผมบ้างก็เลยถามผมว่าอยากทำค็อกเทลมัยงงซิครับอะไรคือค็อกเทลผมไม่รู้จักเลยพี่เขาก็เริ่มสอนยิ่งสอนยิ่งงเพราะมีแต่ภาษาอังกฤษเต็มไปหมดแต่ก็สูครับทั้งที่ยังไม่ค่อยจะเข้าใจก็มั่วๆไปผมแวะไปเรียนกับพี่เขาตอนเลิกร้านบ่อยๆ
    จนมาถึงวันสุดท้ายที่ร้านปิดกิจการลงทั้งที่ยังงงกับค็อกเทลเพราะเรียนรู้แบบจำได้บ้างไม่ได้บ้างแล้วพวกเราต่างคนก็ต่างไปทำงานในร้านอื่น แต่ก็มีบางส่วนที่ติดตามเฮียวินไปทำที่สาขาใหญ่ เมื่อก่อนชื่อร้าน เชลเตอร์ อยู่ตรงเลียบทางด่วนรามอินทราถนนราดพร้าวเจ็ดสิบเอ็ดแต่ผมไม่ได้ไปกับเขาเพราะไม่มีใครชวนเลยเวลาผ่านไปสองเดือนตกงาน
