    ความเดิมต่อจากตอนที่แล้ว สิ่งปลูกสร้างในใจของผมที่หว่านล้อมด้วยเมล็ดผันแห่งความใฝ่รู้ในการดำรงชีวิตผนวกด้วยการทำงานอย่างมีไหวพริบ

    ใช้แล้วครับสิ่งที่หว่านล้อมและรุมเร้าภายในจิตใจผมมาตลอดคือความใฝ่รู้ซึ่งมันจะถูกเรียกอีกอย่างว่า " ความอยาก " ผมไม่ยอมเป็นกบในกะลาครอบแน่นอน ผมเปิดรับข้อมูลข่าวสารเสมอแม้กระทั้งความรู้เทคนิคและวิทยาการใหม่ๆจากทั่วทุกๆที่ ไม่มีการกั๊กปล่อยไหลแล้วกรองสู่ตัวผมเองตลอดเมื่อมีโอกาศผมจะยกตัวอย่างให้เห็นภาพ ว่าคืออะไรยังไง

ขณะที่ผมทำงานอยู่

• ผมจะตอบรับคำด่าทอนิ่งแล้วฟังอย่างไม่โกรธเคืองเช่น ( ชงค็อกเทลไม่ได้เรื่องเลย )
• ไม่ดีใจจนออกนอกหน้าเมื่อได้รับคำชม ( มันเป็นค็อกเทลที่อร่อยที่สุดเท่าที่ฉันเคยดื่มมา )
• พนักงานเสริฟนำแก้วค็อกเทลที่ลูกค้าไม่ยอมดื่มกลับมาคืนที่บาร์หลังจากชงแก้วนั้นเสร็จไม่กี่นาที ( ใจเขาใจเรา )
• ลูกค้าให้ทิป ( ลูกค้าพึงพอใจกับค็อกเทลที่เราชงหรือเศษตังค์ทอนที่เขาไม่อยากเก็บ )  
• เมื่อมีผู้รู้หรือ GURU ก้าวเท้าเข้ามาดื่มในบาร์ที่คุณทำงานอยู่ จงอย่าตกใจเมื่อคุณรู้ จงอย่าโชว์พาว์ว่าคุณเก่งกว่า และอย่านิ่งสยบความเคลื่อนไหวตามตำรา ให้คุณทำตัวตามปกติถามตอบ ตามจังหวะและเก็บข้อมูลจากเขาให้เยอะที่สุดไม่ได้ให้จดแต่จงจำใส่สมองในสิ่งที่กรองแล้วว่าดี
• อีกอย่างครับ อย่าเถียงเมื่อไม่รู้จริงแต่จงศึกษาค้นคว้าข้อมูลจริงแล้วกลับมาสานต่อความรู้
• มีความดิบบ้างในตัวคุณเพราะบางอย่าง BORN TO BE WILD

    สิ่งดีๆหลายอย่างเกิดขึ้นกับตัวผมที่ร้าน silk bar แต่เมื่อมีสิ่งดีๆสิ่งร้ายๆก็ย้อมจะมีเหมือนกันเปรียบเสหมือนเหรียญที่มันจะมีสองด้านเสมอ ผมเขียนข้อความนี้กล้าวถึงสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นจริงกับตัวผมและผมเชื่อเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าข้อความทุกบทความที่ผมได้โพส์ลงในบล็อคทั้งก่อนและหลังจากนี้คงจะเป็นข้อคิดให้ได้คิดตาม คิดให้ดี คิดให้หนัก และบางอย่างอาจจะเป็นแนวทางปฎิบัติให้กับบาร์เทนเดอร์รุ่นหลังๆ" ผมแค่คนชี้ประตูคนที่จะเดินผ่านมันไปคือตัวของคุณ " ได้นำไปใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิตและสานต่อสาขาวิชาชีพนี้ ในส่วนของความรู้และแง่คิดนั้นผมเชื่อเหลือเกินว่ามันมีอะไร ดีดี เยอะมากแฝงอยู่ในบทความที่ผมได้เขียนไว้ 
    มีคำพูดของใครบางคนที่ผมจำไว้อย่างขึ้นใจเสมอสำหรับคนที่มาหาเงินสร้างงานในกรุงเทพฯคือ "ทำงานส่งเงินกลับบ้านไม่มีกินกลับบ้านไปยังมีกิน " คำนี้เมื่อนึกถึงมันกี่ทีเหมือนกับว่าเราฟังเพลงปลุกใจให้ฮึดขึ้นสู้ทุกครา เพราะฉะนั้นทำมัน

อารมณ์ศิลปินหลายอย่างเกิดขึ้นที่นี้ บางครั้งมันไม่มีแบบแผน ไม่มีความคิดที่ยาวไกลแค่อยากจะทำแล้วทำไปเลย

    จากคำที่เขียนไว้ในข้างบนสืบเนื่องมาจากการที่ ต้องเป็นผมเท่านั้นที่จะคิดและทำมันในเสี้ยววินาทีที่คนส่วนใหญ่เรียกว่าไหวพริบ ซึ่งหลายคนมีแต่ไม่รู้จังหวะงัดขึ้นมาใช้ และบางครั้งที่เราคิดว่ามันใช่แต่มันอาจจะไม่เป็นไปตามนั้น ถ้ากล่าวถึงคนที่ไม่เคยมาทำงานในย่านถนนข้าวสาร บางคนจะกล้ามาแต่หลายคนอาจกลัว คนที่กล้าผมขอนับถือแต่อีกหลายคนที่ไม่กล้าผมบอกคำเดียวเลยมันเป็นเรื่องเกี่ยวกับการใช้ภาษานั้นคือสิ่งที่เขากลัวไม่ว่าจะเป็นการมาทำงานเป็นบาร์ เป็นพนักงานเสริฟ์ หรือแม้กระทั่งตำแหน่งที่สูงกว่าส่วนมากจะถูกปฎิเสธจากเบื้องลึกของจิตใจเขาในตอนที่อยู่ข้างนอก ก่อนที่จะมีโอกาศหรือถูกชักชวนมาทำงานในย่านนี้คำตอบคือ ไม่เก่งภาษาอังกฤษ
    ผมก็เป็นคนนึ่งแต่ตอนนี้ไม่ใช้อีกแล้วแรกๆ ก็คิดว่าต้องอยู่ในกรอบของร้านที่เราทำอยู่แต่ในเมื่อมันไม่เกิดผลดีกับตัวเราสุดๆบางครั้งเราก็ต้องคิดนอกกรอบ ใครจะยอมเป็นกบในกะลาครอบไปตลอดไม่มีแน่เมื่อผมคิดได้อย่างนี้ ผมจึงเริ่มทำงานโดยใช้ทั้งคำสอนของลูกพี่ความรู้ที่เรามีผนวกกับไหวพริบของเราในการสร้างสรรผลงานออกมาให้ดีที่สุด งานที่ว่าก็คือ

• การคิดค้นสูตรค็อกเทลใหม่ๆ
• การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษจากสภาพแวดล้อมและสถานการณ์ต่างๆ
• การเข้าหาผู้ใหญ่ ( รุ่นใหญ่จริงจริง ) ในตอกข้าวสาร
• เปลี่ยนสไตร์การแต่งตัวให้เข้ากับรูปลักษณ์ของตัวเอง ( นอกเวลางาน )
• การเตรียมตัวรับมือในสถานการณ์ที่ไม่คาดคิด
• และสิ่งสุดท้ายเป็นสิ่งที่ค่อยย้ำเตือนตัวผมตลอดมาคือ " หายใจเข้าไว้ "

เหล่านี้เป็นส่วนนึงที่ทำให้ลูกผู้ชายลุยๆอย่างผม ได้มีชีวิตอยู่ต่อพร้อมด้วยการทำงานและวิถีการดำรงชีวิตในย่านนี้ ตอกข้าวสาร

    แต่มันยังไม่จบแค่นี้แน่
